- The Opportunity
Our client has a great opportunity for for a Digital Signage Scheduler to join their growing digital signage team. Youll be playing a key part in an ambitious team, working with a wide variety of high-profile international retailers across a diverse mix of briefs. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of scheduling content for digital signage, taking creative or scheduling briefs and translating this into data driven scheduling using our client's bespoke software.
The perfect candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be a strong administrator, prepared to take ownership of the process and associated issues, liaising with client Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure all aspects are delivered accurately, including QC checks and proofing of content prior to go live.
They are looking for an accomplished Scheduler, who will develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end digital scheduling process. Whilst detailed technical support will be provided from our experts across the business, a good understanding of delivering POS campaigns across either digital signage or printed POS would be advantageous in helping to demonstrate an understanding of marketing campaigns and targeted distribution.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
▪Understanding and interpreting scheduling brief from client

▪Input schedules into the internal system using data driven scheduling from store profiles
▪
▪Quality Control checking schedules and proofing content on screens prior to go live
▪
▪Liaising with IT Development team on any new functionality and understand how to feed and schedule this when required.

Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will pay strong attention to detail and ideally have experience in scheduling marketing campaigns. You a will have the ability to problem-solve and find the most effective answer as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
A graduate with some work experience in marketing and scheduling, who is ambitious to grow their career with a successful company would be perfect for the role.
