- The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for a successful Audio Visual Channel Salesperson/Manager to join a growing distribution company and take them to the next level.
The first task will be ensure resellers have full knowledge of our client's offerings and to lead the small office team in support of this ongoing requirement.
The successful candidate will play a leading role, therefore, in achieving our client's development aims:
▪A refreshed and expanded awareness and status within the pro AV reseller industry, projector manufacturers, consultants and key end users.
▪Further development of strategic partnership with projector manufacturers and will develop such examples for mutually beneficial alliances.
▪Developing scalable business processes, based on clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
▪Supporting the management team in developing the newer business areas within retail signage, leisure, hospitality as the new products and services are introduced as well as help identify new business opportunities.
▪Supporting our client's expansion into lighting
This is an opportunity for a charismatic and driven person to make a real difference and be properly rewarded.
Based in the East Midlands/Northern Home Counties - salary will be negotiable and competitive with commission, car allowance pension.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a current live network of UK dealers (Irish dealers too, an advantage). They will be known to account managers in the larger AV companies, namely those large enough to qualify for large tender projects, as well as the smaller, regional and specialist resellers.
You will be an excellent communicator who thrives on new challenges and who can make things happen. This is an ideal opportunity to build a team around you as you increase sales throughout the UK.
You will be guided and mentored by one of the leading lights of the Audio Visual Industry who will give you top level introductions to manufacturers and others who will help the growth of the business.
