- Are you enthusiastic about delivering high quality AV services in a museum environment? Do you have in-depth knowledge of audio and video systems?
The Science Museum draws people of all ages to engage with science in an inspirational and informal way. As part of the Gallery Services team you will play a key role in this audience engagement by providing technical assistance to public events and supporting the team with operational duties.
In this role you will provide AV support for public events, lectures, conferences and meetings in a variety of spaces within the Science Museum. You will manage all AV set up requests ensuring client needs are understood and responded to appropriately. You will also be the lead technician for Lates, Science Night and other key public events.
You will have experience of setting up and running AV systems for live events and be highly organised and used to working under pressure. You will be calm, approachable and self-motivated, with a passion for excellent customer service.
