- The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful salesperson looking for a career opportunity to sell for a successful niche distributor to cover the North Midlands. Selling a wide range of successful AV Integration products and solutions. You will also help your reseller partners by uncovering opportunities at end user level to be fulfilled through the channel.
Your key responsibilities will be:
▪ To grow the existing clients turnover according to the company's growth targets
▪ Implement actions to pursue new market opportunities
▪ Sign up and manage new accounts
▪ Negotiate pricing, customer rebates bid pricing for projects approved by the MD
▪ Negotiate annual commercial contracts with dealers.
▪ Provide regular sales and product training to sales forces in dealers and key accounts.
▪ Planning Forecasting, Database Management, Competitor activity
▪ Work on promotions, events and lead activities
Salary negotiable circa £35k-45k p.a. with OTE £70k uncapped + car allowance. Home based - we are looking for successful candidates in the North or Midlands ideally - our clients do have a office in the Home Counties and in the Midlands.
Your skills and experience
You will be a successful salesperson, ideally with experience of selling Audio Visual Solutions in the public and private sector. Self-motivated, determined and target driven you are looking for a career opportunity to work for a distributor in Audio Visual technology solutions. Although channel experience would be a plus, our client will consider a successful salesperson currently working for a reseller and looking for their next move.
You will have a successful track record of sales business development experience in the AV marketplace, ideally with Channel experience in UK. You will have a strong network of contacts in the channel and understand multi-channel management. You are a professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude.
Our client is a niche distributor in the AV market offering a diverse range of Audio Visual Integration products and solutions for the Integration marketplace. They have sole distribution rights for many of their products.
