- The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful Sales Manager. The role offers extraordinary autonomy, scope and potential for a driven sales manager to take a developed and performing team to the next level. Your job will be as much about growing the skills and knowledge of your team as it is about delivering impressive growth to an already successful company.
Your key tasks in this hands on role include developing and implementing the company's sales strategy, liaising with our client's internal marketing team to produce collateral for your campaigns, capitalising on significant new market opportunities and ensuring growth objectives are met.

Based in the West Midlands the salary package is £45k p.a. basic with OTE of £65k +
Your skills and Experience
Ideally you will have experience in AV/IT Hire and Events sales but more important will be your personal credibility, vision, drive and enthusiasm.
You will be an experienced, ambitious and charismatic Sales and Business Development professional with the communication, mentoring, team skills required to drive this experienced team forward.
Above all you will need to demonstrate success at growing sales and creating new business opportunities within a fast moving, service lead sector.
