- The Opportunity
Our client has an immediate opening for a Window Systems Project Leader. In this position, you would be responsible for window systems operational activities in Europe and Africa but based in London.
Day to day responsibilities include:
1. Project management for key jobs - working with the specification and general sales team on commercial and larger residential opportunities ensuring that projects are successful and profitable.
2. Resolution of problem jobs - escalation point for a range of issues including technical (operational and compatibility); product quality (manufacturing issues, discontinuation of fabrics and product); logistics.
3. General operational responsibilities - ensuring customer enquiries, specifications, quotations and orders are managed promptly and successfully.
4. Education of customers and organisation - working with the business unit and training team to provide appropriate information to customers and the sales team which increases business and reduces queries and order errors.
Based in South London salary is negotiable circa £45k-£55k p.a. plus benefits.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in window shading or other relevant industry, in a product or project management role.
Strong technical and installation know-how, very hands-on
Ability to project manage jobs to successful completion
Experience of dealing with a variety of customers and stakeholders including high level management and end users
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and technically competent
Familiar with CRM's
Two or more European languages would be a definite plus.
