- The Opportunity
Our client has more than 15 years' experience in the luxury residential Audio Visual market and specialise in the design and installation of audio visual and home automation systems for the high-end residential market - including multi-room audio, home cinema, Wi-Fi networking, smart lighting and security.
Over the past couple of years they have grown rapidly, with a number of exciting projects in the pipeline and a new London based showroom. Therefore, they are now looking for AV engineers at all levels to join their small but growing and passionate team.
They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated installer who would relish the opportunity to grow with the business. You will be integral to the team and be able to hit the ground running. Responsible for delivering jobs and representing the company to the highest of standards with great professionalism and attention to detail.
You could be working on different projects and potentially multiple site locations each day. Responsible for client communication and managing and developing more junior installers on the team.
Skills required:
They are looking for candidates with 3-6 years in residential Audio Visual / Home Automation installations
Ideally with a good working knowledge of Crestron, Control4 or Lutron (or similar)
Based in Greater London salary is negotiable doe circa £30k-£35k p.a. plus travel allowance or company van, pension and performance bonus.

The successful candidate will be;
Confident in problem solving, troubleshooting and testing
Able to work independently or as part of a team, managing more junior installers
Professional and approachable attitude to clients, contractors and other members of the team
Good communication skills and the highest personal standards of presentation
Full UK driving licence
