Our client is a boutique audio visual and full-scale home automation company within the prime
residential market. They have an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional projects,
working towards the highest standards with a five-star reputation for customer service and
delivery. The company founders have over 25 years industry experience between them
with a roster of well-established clients. We are looking for a real team player to join our
small and passionate team
They are looking for an experienced Project Manager within the prime residential market for Home Cinema and Home Automation.
Based in West London your salary will be circa £50k neg.doe.
Overtime available
Full use of company van, laptop, phone etc
Opportunity to attend ISE shows abroad, paid for by the company
Your skills and experience
Minimum of 5 years experience working with high-end Residential AV systems
Proven delivery of projects on time and on budget above 100k
Proven delivery of working on multiple projects simultaneously
Comprehensive understanding of project deliverables
Exceptional and proven team leadership skills and line management
Experience of: Crestron, Savant, Control4, Lutron, KNX, home networks, Wi-Fi,
lighting control, multi-room audio.
Ability to interpret wire schematics and electrical drawings
Client facing skills are essential: personable, customer facing, smart appearance
Display a high level of working standards and attention to detail and attain the same
from your engineers
Professional manner and approach at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for the industry and understanding of the exceptionally high working
standards required
A full driving licence is essential
