- The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual BDM to work for a global leader in developing Corporate markets across EMEAR.
Your key responsibilities will be:
▪Working with cross functional teams to develop action plans that drive growth with the available (launched) products in key market segments
▪Coordinate closely with the Product Management teams to develop innovative and impactful collateral materials that communicate the value proposition to specific segments/regions
▪Identify capture requirements of sales tools sales training materials, for regional Account Managers in alignment to the implementation of the GTM plan
▪Follow EMEA and Global market trends, visit relevant industry events and maintain relationships with key industry customers
▪Supports corporate end user engagement with Sales Company vertical end user team acting as an internal consultant to end user requirements including but not limited to boardrooms, meeting spaces, collaborative areas and training centres
▪Support the Global HQ in defining future directions and drive the development of new products to help achieve global sales, marketing, and revenue goals
Based in Greater London/Home Counties with frequent travel to EMEAR countries you will receive a very competitive salary and benefits package (circa £75k basic plus car allowance).
Your skills and experience
▪Extensive experience in Corporate business development and or channel development from within the AV or IT industry
▪Specialist knowledge of the B2B market and channel for AV solutions Demonstrates the ability to identify opportunities and the analytical skills to interpret and translate this into a comprehensive market approach such as competitor analysis
▪Able to demonstrate strong relationship building and communication skills in order to engage, influence and network with a range of external and internal stakeholders to the GTM plan
▪Proven experience of using market intelligence to influence market strategy
▪Must have experience with understanding tenders, frameworks and bidding type of opportunities
▪Must have experience with differentiation of volume business and value (solution) business
▪Applications are welcomed from candidates with related experience gained from within Business Development channel development or market development Ideal to come from a display technology background such as IWB, iFPD, LFD
▪Ideally you will have understanding of corporate meeting space solution components including AV connectivity, AV device control, video audio conferencing, and AV cable management
