jj Media Group is one of the largest service providers for the creative industries in London. Comprising 10 Studios spaces in Shoreditch, we provide services to the Photographic, Moving Image and Events Industry. 

 

Through our Locations Agency, Events team, Studio Managers and Equipment Rental facility we work with some of the biggest names in the Fashion, Tech, Corporate, and Creative worlds. 

 

We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Account Handling Team, responsible for booking AV, Lighting, and Cameras. Working in a team of 4, training and support will be provided, a background in AV/Lighting plus a desire to learn are key. 

Good client facing skills essential, as is a passion to be part of a growing and exciting company. 

 

Job Description:

 

You will report to the Senior Account Handler and Director of Equipment and work closely with Head of Operations.

 

The Account Handler will understand client requirements and produce efficient and profitable quotes by reducing sub-hires and maximising utilisation.

 

Responsibilities:

- Building reliable and solid client relations 

- Demonstrate and utilise relevant product knowledge across lighting, cameras and AV. 

- Produce quotes with an understanding of client budgets and expectations to secure profitable sales 

- Managing enquiries from start to finish, working with other departments as required 

- Liaising with Head of Warehouse to manage stock utilisation 

- Working with Head of Warehouse to ensure jobs are closed and invoiced within 24hrs of return 

- Together with the Senior Account Handler, pursue client feedback and utilise to improve service 

 

Experience:

- A knowledge and understanding of Lighting, Camera and AV equipment.

 - Excellent presentation and phone manner.

 - Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK

Salary £22k-£24k p.a. doe plus bonuses and benefits
