- The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships by making outbound calls and emails to identify further opportunities within an assigned territory as well as supporting external sales and managing the office.
▪Maximize revenue potential within a predefined territory of current customers
▪Proactively utilise phone email to identify sales opportunities
▪Route communication as appropriate to managers in the field.
▪Effectively utilize CRM tools, marketing campaigns and other support resources to meet milestones and quarterly objectives
▪Assist with sales positioning on leads and work alongside Sales Directors and Managers in the market to close opportunities
▪Perform ongoing analysis and reporting on current opportunities on the customers they have been assigned.
▪Attend special training of products and/or services to understand and maintain knowledge of technical aspects of solutions
▪Support management with administration activities
▪Other duties as assigned by your Manager
Location - an office is due to be opened in London (City) so within commutable distance of the City is ideal. Salary is very competitive - up to £45k p.a. for the right candidate with good experience, plus benefits.
Your Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess the following combination of experience, knowledge and skills:
▪Passion for being involved in learning and selling Technical Solutions.
▪Successful business to business sales experience is a plus - ideally Audio or other AV Technical solutions
▪Experience in CRM, such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
▪Strong business acumen and judgment for identifying, evaluating, developing, and closing sales opportunities.
▪Desire and ability to help clients identify needs and devise creative solutions
▪A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve top results
▪Outstanding listening and communications skills
