- The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual and Video Conferencing Engineer to work for a leading integrator commissioning systems throughout the UK.
You will be supporting our client's large customer base with the installation and servicing of their Audio-Visual technology. The role involves on-site maintenance, troubleshooting and problem-solving and requires regular UK-wide travel and overnight stays.
You must have demonstrable experience and knowledge of the following technologies: installation / commissioning and skills dealing with presentation solutions (Displays, Screens, Projector), AV racks, Videoconference systems, Videowalls, Signal distribution, AMX / Crestron control automation kit as well as all related switching Extron, Kramer etc.
The role involves standing, kneeling and crouching; climbing ladders, podiums, and scaffolding; lifting weights and work in high and or confined spaces.
You will ideally be based in Berkshire but will expect to travel UK wide with overnight stays. Salary is negotiable doe circa £30k + plus fully expensed van, pension, workwear, laptop and phone plus 28 days holiday p.a.
Your skills and experience

A valid CSCS card A full UK Driving Licence Technical Capability Certification or experience of working at heights with scaffold towers and ladders
