- The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to bring your IT skills to the fore as an IT Engineer and Helpdesk support with some Audio Visual Skills too.
You will provide full in-house support to locations throughout Europe in a full Cloud environment.
Key responsibilities:
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware/software problems in response to end users and escalate speedily.
Overall management of IT network IP telephony, security, Antivirus (Cylance), firewalls, and network infrastructure
Support existing and new IT environments in AWS cloud.
Provide guidance, technical assistance, and incidental training to internal staff
Assist staff to digitalize workflow and documents by using Microsoft Office 365 Apps.
Install and configure existing and new hardware and software to make sure all staff have the best tool to work onsite or remote.
Maintain internal IT procedures for all European offices and produce/adhere to checklists/procedures.
Based in Amsterdam salary is Euros 50-55k p.a. plus bonus, pension and travel allowance. 100% office based.
Your skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
At least 5 years demonstrable helpdesk support experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange.
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Apps including Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate) is preferred.
Cloud services knowledge (AWS/Azure).
Firewall, w/ Cisco Meraki firewall knowledge and experience is preferred.
LAN / WAN.
Wireless setup (Ruckus / Cisco) /router administration.
Anti-Virus (Cylance experience preferred).
PCs.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Have good business sense knowledge.
Good team player.
Some Audio Visual knowledge would be useful.
Languages - You must be fluent in English, any other European languages would be a bonus.
