- The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading Digital Signage Agency as Client Account Manager.
They are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager who has the desire and ambition to become a rising star to progress within their fast-growing business. Working under the direct leadership of the Managing Director, and alongside the service delivery team. A pivotal hire, the Client Account Manager will become the first point of call for Partners (clients), delivering an exemplary client experience whilst promoting new products and services and increasing revenues.
The business has grown impressively year on year since its inception and they are keen to expand further by offering a clear opportunity for someone to develop and flourish alongside their ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Become the first point of contact for the expanding high profile client base
Ensuring that all clients are aware of exciting and expanding product portfolio and ability to identify further opportunities
Coordinate all aspects of Client Account Management
Maintain regular contact (MS Teams and phone) with clients
Generate new upsell opportunities, working alongside the Marketing Manager to develop ongoing communication and sales strategies
Attend meetings onsite when appropriate (often with our client's Managing Director)
Manage an existing client sales pipeline against targets
Updating CRM and Operational software systems with all client conversations, information and activities (Tasks)
Monitoring developments and updates within the industry
Based in SW London or Home Counties, salary is circa £45k doe plus commission and benefits.
Your skills and experience
A minimum of 2 years experience within Sales or Account Management within a B2B environment
Prior experience within an Audio Visual or IT Service business is essential.
Highly computer literate with experience of modern, web-based software applications as well as Microsoft Office
Confident and experienced in speaking at decision-maker (C-Suite) level
Evidence of Sales/Account Management successes and track record of performing against targets
Good at building and maintaining trusted relationships - a team player
Planning and organisational skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
Exceptional communications skills both verbally and written
A growth mindset and a desire to develop professionally
Initiative, enthusiasm, and passionate about personal development
Energetic with a positive attitude (we dont do negativity)
Creativity and commercial awareness
Confident and outgoing personality
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for quick turnaround times
Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team
