- The Opportunity
Our client is a boutique audio visual and full-scale home automation company within the prime
residential market. They have an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional projects,
working towards the highest standards with a five-star reputation for customer service and
delivery.
The company founders have over 25 years industry experience between them
with a roster of well-established clients. We are looking for a real team player to join our
small and passionate team.
They are looking to recruit a Junior AV Installation Engineer. The role offers a great
opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their skills and experience, working
alongside experienced Senior Engineers on some of the most exciting and technologically
advanced residential projects in Europe.
You will be offered all relevant training, paid for, and done on company time. All they ask in
return is your passion, drive and can-do attitude.
Based in West London, Salary £22,000-£27,000 dependent on experience
Overtime available,
Full use of company van, laptop, phone etc
Opportunity to attend ISE shows abroad, paid for by the company.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 1-2 years experience working with high-end Residential AV systems
Experience of any of the following: Crestron, Savant, Control4, Lutron, KNX, home
networks, Wi-Fi, lighting control, multi-room audio.
Client facing skills are essential: personable, customer facing, smart appearance
Professional manner and approach at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A passion for the industry and understanding of the exceptionally high working
standards required
A full driving licence is essential
