- The Opportunity
Our client is an international market leader in training and therapy products for emergency medicine and critical care. Their products help to save lives.
Working on a cloud-based application that captures the performance of learners for simulation and skills training. They are looking for an AV Project Manager that helps provide new customers with the optimal experience during implementation and utilization of their product. Key responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for managing the project stakeholders to meet all deliverables for each project before the 30 dayhoneymoon period ends (but will also be involved prior to closing sale)
Objective: successful, efficient implementation of projects, optimal customer experience
Utilize strong communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills to implement and execute multiple successful projects at one time
Create, manage, and execute successful project implementation plans for Medical and 3rd party vendors for medium to large projects independently
Facilitate status meetings and create timely, accurate project status reports to all stakeholders
Ability to successfully manage and execute more standard turnkey projects
Review all project documents for clarity and accuracy, including any proposals, statements of work, equipment lists, AV diagrams, and network diagrams
Conduct site surveys with involved parties to refine project scope and requirements
Ability to review and maintain accurate drawings, BOQ and technical documentation
Ability to work independently with AV companies to ensure site readiness and scope (includes placing PO with AV 3rd parties and managing the relationship with 3rd parties)
Ability to work independently with clients' IT team to meet the project requirements
Ability to work independently with hardware third-party vendors
Ability to create and read GANTT charts including client's and 3rd party schedules for Prime projects
Showcases aptitude in learning new technologies in IT, AV, and software
Work directly with Sales staff in reviewing project scope and feasibility
Work directly with Implementation in carrying out project requirements and ensuring a successful client installation with no outstanding items past the honeymoon period
Work directly with Customer Relationship Management and Support to transition satisfied clients
Based in Kent, this could be a Hybrid role including working from home, salary circa £45k p.a. neg.doe plus excellent benefits including Pension, Healthcare and bonus.
Your skills and experience
3-5+ years Project Coordination/Project Management experience
3-5+ years of A/V industry experience
Preferred A/V related certificates
B.A./B.S. undergraduate degree
IT/networking experience
Holds a PMP certification or another similar third-party certification
Holds IT certification(s)
Experience using Salesforce
Experience with AutoCad or similar
Experience with Symetrix and other DSP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with excellent detail
Strong leadership skills to manage project expectations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously without delaying progressadvancement of project
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Require no follow up on routine project tasks or internal tasks
Can adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Possess technical aptitude
Receive no warranted complaints from a client
Travel to client sites within UK and EMEA *
Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* whilst this is mainly an office based role, there will be occasional site visits in UK and EMEA and travel costs will naturally be paid for by the company.
