Engage is exhibiting on booth 10.N171 at the Great Britain and Northern Ireland Pavilion, where CoCreate is being showcased alongside some of the company’s other innovative solutions and key projects.
Developed from methodologies employed during collaborative working, CoCreate has been built around human-centric processes, shaped with input from Engage Works’ biggest clients – global blue chip enterprises. CoCreate allows users to access multiple content streams simultaneously in a highly interactive environment, capturing thought processes in a clear visual format. Its powerful ‘design-thinking templates’ help collaborators to collate, analyse and develop ideas.
“Collaboration technology’s positive effects on business are clearly increasing year on year, and CoCreate is set take things to the next level, assisting companies in increasing productivity, refining and improving decision-making and broadening innovation,” said Engage Works founder and group CEO Steve Blyth.
“CoCreate is all about getting the right people in the room with the correct tools and information, in order to get better insights and outcomes and accelerate business. A Business As Usual software solution, it is incredibly intuitive using touch methodology to avoid extensive training. Deployed in existing meeting rooms, it’s affordable and scalable.”
“Early iterations of CoCreate are already being used by some of the world’s most influential companies, including EY, KPMG, PwC, CapGemini and Accenture,” said David Wilson, workplace consultant director at Engage. “We’re excited to be able to now market CoCreate as a branded solution and anticipate that it will be a game-changer for workplace collaboration.”
Combining a large touch-screen application, which pulls content from folders to display, annotate and manipulate across the entire touch surface, and an iPad companion app for the creation of transferable digital post-it notes, pictures and videos, CoCreate can also link multiple screens together and send content between them.
Hardware-agnostic, CoCreate can be easily retrofitted to existing legacy systems. Fully scalable, from tablet to video wall, it is future expansion-friendly on the Universal Windows Platform (UWP), and is built for touch. The system is available as a licensed software platform with support, or also with supplied collaboration hardware.
